It was clean and pretty. However, I could hear neighbors upstairs, next room, doors and snores.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y a distancia de a pie de las principales atracciones de Alcoy. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen vistas privilegiadas de la ciudad que es preciosa. La habitación muy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda. El mobiliario no es moderno pero adecuado, la única queja las almohadas que eran durísimas. El desayuno bueno pero muchos huéspedes en grupos grandes pasaban demasiado tiempo haciendo sociales y en uno de los días casi no pude desayunar porque no había mesa disponible. El personal de la recepción debería poner un poco de mejor actitud al atender.

Tired hotel with paper thin walls, we were awakened by unseemly noises from another room at 03.00 The breakfast was meagre to say the least and if you want hot food at breakfast be prepared to pay extra.

Wonderful Festival of the Kings on Jan 5th. Excellent procession and atmosphere. Hotel just 10 minutes walk from main square.

Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Internet in lobby.

A quick visit to Alcoi for Reyes Magos. A well known hotel that has been there forever - but showing its age. Car park difficult to find and poorly signed, tiny parking spaces (compounded by Spain's notoriously haphazard parking), and a tiny lift servicing the building. Arrived to the checkin where an employee was at full throat in argument with a (in the wrong) guest. Rooms simple, as befitting the price. Bed very hard, bathroom showing a lot of wear and tear, in clouding a somewhat dangerously-detached nonslip bar in the shower. Cheap, but not recommended. But free wifi!

Hotel room was nice and spacious.nice buffet breakfast.

A trip to Europe for vacation & to visit a grandson in Alcoy for 6 weeks. Walking around the city was very pleasurable. Hotel was very convenient & accommodating.

No frills but equally no nasty surprises either. When one considers the price for bed and (very adequate) breakfast, 61€ this was outstanding value! Sadly we missed the famed Moros y cristianos event in Alcoy by just 2 days but we shall return to see that and also make a "b-line" for this hotel.

Room OK. Heating system very loud and when shut down, need a blanket in the morning. Breakfast very nice - spanish standard. Fitness with running blanket and cycling - Sauna seems to be nice but need to turn on few minutes before so think to before. People friendly.

What a great night we had in Alcoi to celebrate the Ceremony of the Three Kings. The Hotel was just in the right place for a short walk to the square where all the action took place. We were made very welcome and were relieved that we were able to park the car in the Hotel underground car park as the Town was etremely full for this very special night.

El personal excelente La habitación bien

We stayed here during the off-season in January. The staff were friendly, and although we had some difficulty communicating in English during check-in, everything was managed without any major issues. The room was quite cold, and the air conditioning took a long time to warm it up. The bathroom tiles were also very cold. We had hoped to sleep in a bit, but the cleaning staff made some noise, and the sound traveled easily. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Lo único que se salva de este hotel es el personal, d resto esto no parece un hotel de 3 estrellas en pleno centro de Alcoy, parece un hotel d carretera de paso! Artículos viejos y sucios!! El aseo nada más llegar nos encontraremos con una bolsa d gel usada tirada en una esquina, los cristales super sucios! En fin que podría seguir diciendo cuánto desperfecto tiene!!!

La parking n est pas simple d accès puisqu il faut faire tout le tour du quartier pour y accéder, mais l accueil y est plutôt agréable et la chambre spacieuse. Les lits sont confortables, mais l'insonorisation avec le couloir, laisse à désirer. Dommage que les produits d hygiène ne soit pas directement en distributeur,.car l'ouverture des sachets sous la douche n est pas pratique, mais ils sentent bons et sont assez nombreux.
