Good value

The location is excellent, right on the beach! Hotel is clean. The staff at front desk were very helpful. However, the staff (short blond women and the tall/skinny guy) in the dinning room were in the combat mode rather in the service mode. We brought the breakfast and dinner package via Expedia, but no one mentioned to us any drink wasn’t part of the package although it’s the buffet. They neither presented the list of the drinks nor asked English speaking staff for help, instead speaking Spanish so loudly in the dinning room and I was literally asked if we had money, in English. NOT ACCEPTABLE. To put things in perspective, since we don’t drink, the cost for the drinks were about 5 Euro, like the cost to one ice cream. This were on for 3 dinners out 5. They need to be retrained. Clearly, there was a language barrier, but more importantly it was the attitude, as we travel around the world, language barrier becomes much less issue nowadays.

We paid extra for the sea view, but ended up with a very restricted view on the 1st floor. In my opinion the should not charge extra for such a poor view

There is no mini fridge in the room and the beds were on wheels which meant the beds moved constantly. However the seaview was great.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and in particular the restaurant staff was very nice. We would def stay here again.

I was very disappointed with the poor treatment we were given from some of the hotel staff. The air conditioner in our room was not working when we arrived and they wanted us to stay overnight in this hot room after traveling 10 hours. They refused to give us another room. Eventually, it was fixed in a short time. Our bed sheets were not changed throughout our stay (7 days). I purchased my own. They did not provide soap or shampoo. The room was not swept nor vacuumed. The safe did not work. It’s a no frills hotel. If you wanted an iron or a pool towel you had to pay for it. The floor light outside our room did not work. You had to walk in the dark to the elevator. We pointed these things and nothing was done. I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, so I said nothing more. The hotel is right across the street, which was a plus. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk.

Very good 3* hotel, better than some 4* hotels I had previously stayed in. Delicious food and great variety, with a huge buffet of sweets and deserts. Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great localisation (we had a sea view room on the 4th floor, and a breathtaking view towards the sea). Very comfortable beds (the mattresses seemed new). Air conditioning working very well, despite the hot weather outside. I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant stay, well appointed hotel. Spotlessly clean. Efficient check in and departure. Lack of English TV channels the only real negative.

Hotel and staff were lovely, definitely had a 3star feel with old fashioned security boxes, no kettles in rooms, no fridge and all inclusive very limited beyond the restaurant. Pool closed till 10am so no early swims. Then closed by 6pm !!! All the staff were lovely but a little surprised that two English people had checked in. This is a predominately a hotel for German tourists and whilst all were friendly it did mean every sunbed had a towel on it even when they went to the beach all day! I think this also influenced the catering as every meal was based around meat/sausage some fish but vegetarian dishes were limited to plan pasta with take you luck sauce and salads ! The hotel does have rules about footballs in the pool and bed saving but nothing was done to inforce this. Shame as having to get up every morning before 7am to join the I need a sunbed rush is ridiculous and exhausting!

Terrible if you drive. no valet park and you park 3 blocks from hotel !! To take your luggage very inconvenient because you stay in a non parking area and one way street !!

Room was spotless, beautifully appointed. Gorgeous shower. Make sure you include the breakfast buffet in your reservation as local restaurants don't open until 10am. I'd return in a heartbeat.

This was the best 3 star I've stayed in. The staff were excellent and all rooms seem to have a sea view. The hotel was mostly full of old German couples with very few families which was great as it meant it was easy to obtain a sun lounger by the pool even at 11am! We would definitely return in the future.

The hotel was great however be prepared to be amongst a very small minority of British guests. The food was very good although once again it is prepared with the majority German guests in mind.

Everything perfect for a short spring break, the only dissapointment was numerous dishes were not labeled or vegetarian options pointed out.

The Hotel Don Juan had a fabulous breakfast and excellent location. When we first arrived we thought the room felt a bit empty with the bare floors, but it made sense after all the sand we brought in from being on the beach each day. Our room had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The staff was very helpful, especially with our late night arrival. Our greeter walked out onto the street to make sure we parked in a legal spot (and my husband said he even parallel parked our car in the tight spot for us :-)). We had a great stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Moved to this hotel after a poor experience at another hotel and had a lovely stay. It's a family hotel..you get the typical 'towels reserving sunbed' crowd, but thankfully there was always enough spare. Friendly and helpful staff

This hotel was absolutely outstanding! I would certain not call it a 3 star hotel, because it felt like a 4 star hotel. The food, staff, and room were fantastic. I could not be happier with my stay at this wonderful hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

very enjoyable stay, friendly, caters for a lot of German holiday makers but was fine with us. No problems at all.Pool is unheated and very cold especially in April. lol managed to get in once !!! Reception staff extremely helpful giving us advice on places to visit, maps bus routes times fares etc. Food was excellent we were all inclusive. Had a lovely sea view room.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is super clean in a great location right in the middle of Cala millor and I would definitely give it more than 3 stars. we stayed all inclusive, the food was good and have a great variety everyday. the staff is very helpful and I would highly recommend it.
