The staff provided excellent service. Everything else was okay.

The hotel is comfortable, close to clothing stores, and it's very easy to find food. It's also close to the mall. So, if you want to go to Platinum, December, Shibuya, Big C, and Central World, you can just walk.

Strategic location, clean, facilities according to price, fast check-in and check-out. The downside is no breakfast and it's far from BTS/LRT.

Check-in and check-out were quick. There's a 1,000 baht deposit per room. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options. The location is centrally located, and there's a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

There are plenty of culinary options in front of the hotel and it's close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Strategic and sells a lot of food

The location is very strategic for those who like to shop. There are many food stalls around the hotel. Check-in was easy and fast. The receptionist was friendly and informative. I got room 2705, but the AC wasn't cooling. In the middle of the night, I called reception and a technician arrived shortly after to fix it, and it finally cooled down. The breakfast was all halal and delicious.
