Location is good and close to town.

Really handy to the town and shopping and cafes. Unfortunately the unit was cold on arrival...no heating turned on and extremely cold day. Unit was very clean and tidy. There was a locked door to the next unit and you could hear all conversation.

Stayed one night as a stop over. Room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Restaurant is right on the property and staff are very helpful.

Excellent easy & friendly check in. Room quiet, clean & comfy

Stayed for one night, we were assigned the most inconvenient room you could have. The place was empty with no one else there. When asked for something better was told that’s all there was for that price. The room all be it clean, but was really run down. A spa bath that didn’t work, a bath with a large crack in it, bathroom sink with the cupboard doors nearly hanging off. A sign saying that if u use the shower and the fire alarm goes off ur up for a $450 call out because there is no steam extraction fan. The biggest issue we had is there was an elderly couple in the check in office and the way they were spoken to was totally unacceptable. We have stayed at a number of hotels/motel throughout NZ but this is the worst.

Nice reception and nice room

Easy check in with friendly staff. Room a little tired but clean with a comfy bed. Had all the amenities you would need. Easy reach of shops.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment with easy access and good parking. Ideal for an overnight stay on a road trip.

It’s in pretty good shape. I could stay here again but the motel next door is nicer.

Lovely, clean, refurbished rooms. Hot and stuffy, though, with no air conditioning and few windows to open, and it wasn't that warm outside. We planned to eat at the restaurant, and the menu was in our room, but upon entering, we were told it was for Chinese bookings only.

Could not get the tv to work

We got what we paid for. Bathroom needs a bit of a revamp. Comfortable beds. Overall happy.

Property is tired but had everything needed for a short stay. Quite a way out of town and difficult to pull out on the busy road at times. We didn’t feel welcomed at check in and the sign in the room telling us we would have to pay a call out fee for the fire service if the smoke alarm was activated wasn’t really welcoming either!
