This is the first hotel where i had to pay for parking on their own property. The room looks nothing like what is shown on the pictures they need to renovate.

Hotel is very clean, restaurante are top notch. Staff are help full and friendly. Breakfast is excelent!

Hair dryer did not work- had to call for one Clicker não funciona- trocaram as pilhas ok Toilet seat- I asked to repair and they did not fix it Pool water is cold and unable to use it Hot tub they charge to use Noisy due to too many football kids No outlet for American devises and no transformer a available I will not return

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

This was my third time staying at the Sandri Hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the area is safe. I will stay here again next time I’m in Itajai

The property is nice but the staff don’t know what they’re doing. There was a guy who was nice and he said he has given a room upgrade but that’s not possible because the room was terrible small. He also charged my card and said it wasn’t charged. So I paid again on check out

Wifi did not work very well, the cleanliness of the room was not so good and there was a lot of noise during the night

Clean rooms, nice facilities and very centrally located. Walking distance from all Itajai attractions. Close to restaurants and stores. Much better than Ibis in terms of location and installations. Decent quality of service.
