Room is very clean and comfortable. Service is great and location is perfect. Located at the main area and close to the public transport (Yokohama Station).

The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. I was very respectful of the middle-aged man at the front desk who tried to speak English with me. Easy access to the station, with exit gate 16 right next to the hotel. There are also plenty of delicious food spots around the hotel.
