Welcoming and friendly staff, home from home. Lovely room with a view. Breakfast was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. We will be back

The host was exceptionally welcoming so much so i felt like she was a relative,attentive to whatever i said or asked of her.

Spotlessly clean. Some things a bit 'tired' excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Fabulous view across the bay from dining area. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at this b&b. Would recommend this stay. Excellent breakfast with a very good choice of items on the menu the host is lovely and helpful. A easy walk into town had a beautiful view of the bay from my room. Will certainly be staying here again.

Extremely pleasant accomodation and hosts. The position was handy for the promenade and beaches, and great views of the bay.

One of my best solo trips ever which was mainly due to the lovely friendly host who made me feel really welcome. Great room and sea view and great breakfast. I'll definitely be back!

We were made to feel very welcome by the hostess, breakfast was excellent. Bedroom was a bit cramped but plenty of tea and coffe supplies. Position ideal for exploring the Morecambe seafront, parking outside was a problem but Council car park in side road nearby.

Delightful host made us feel welcome and part of the family will use again if back in the area. Breakfast was superb!!!!!

Lovely room with a bay view. The bed was extremely comfy and had a lovely seating area in the window. Ample storage in the room if you are staying for longer. Cooked Breakfast was excellent. The owner Jo was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will be looking to come back next time we’re in Morecambe. Ideal location being right on the Prom.

Enjoyed our stay, lovely staff, nice breakfast, only downside was the number of steps to our room , so ask for a low floor if you have any walking difficulties.

Fantastic place to stay could not do enough for us. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy. The food was delicious as I don’t eat red meat I always feel a bit limited as the vegetarian sausages in most places are horrible. There was a few set ones great choices or you could tick boxes for what you wanted. I had the potato farl scrambled egg and mushrooms instead of bacon. As I’m Irish it felt like an Irish breakfast and I had the same again next day. My husband had my choice of breakfast next day with bacon. Fantastic hosts so friendly nothing was too much trouble, comfy bed, delicious food we would 100 percent stay again
