I didn’t get to check in .. I had emergency my wife went into labor . Try to cancel it but the app wouldn’t let me

We stay for a lapse of 9 days,a clean room,staff with a very professional attention,very close to places and accessible to near by restaurants,breakfast at hotel deliciously,and corteous attention…fair prices.I definitely recommend it

The room was very clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But the best part was the excellent customer service; all the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the consulate, convenience stores, and restaurants.

Everyone there was very courteous and friendly, they will answer any question also they have a lawyer on site if you have any questions, they will print any document with a small charge,they will come and clean your room if you like to, breakfast was free and very good, the restaurant has a few options for breakfast and lunch and what we ate was delicious. We had a comfortable stay, hot shower, water stations to refill, stores and restaurants on walking distance, taxi services on site and they transport you to your appointments to the Consular office for free but charge for anywhere you like to go. It was very convenient for us . We had a good experience here.

The rooms are good and clean , the cleaning people are awesome, the only thing that was not good is their continental breakfast and they only give you water to drink, anything else they charge you for it.

Room was not well maintained and not too clean.

Clean room

Staff was very kind and were on top of any help needs we had. Our tv wasn’t getting channels on our 3rd night and they came up right away and replaced the tv and got everything working. The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping our room clean everyday. Breakfast was always good. Overall we had a good experience with our stay.

Good place

El desayuno no lo califico porque nunca lo tomamos. Todo muy bien muy limpio y las habitaciones con muy buen espacio. Solo un detalle que al estarte bañando el agua se de "mezclar" y sientes el frio o caliente del agua por 2 segundos.
