Staff were all very friendly. Property was very clean and well kept. Taxis on site were great for consulate appointments.

Clean laundry room, staff is friendly, very clean rooms, comfortable bedding, breakfast okay, dont get many options. Room has desk and fridge, but no microwave👎, parking lot was always guarded. 8-10 walk to the consulado.

Need more laundry machine, more irons to use, less noise car around. Cool or hot air machine need less noise.

We had an amazing time at this comfortable and clean hotel, safe location, nice welcome by lovely and friendly staff Luz Elena, Celina and Luis Enrique always ready to help. Delicious breakfast thanks to Guille and Mary at the restaurant so sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend El Conquistador Hotel.
