The room was smelly and full of moulds

The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing with wait staff and chefs very attentive. We got put in the last available non smoking room…it was a disabled room so not really suitable for us. We got moved out later the next day. We used the spa. A haircut for my husband and body scrub for me. Price was fantastic and staff pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn’t have much around it so meals need to be eaten at the hotel (about AUD$50 for an extensive buffet dinner. Overall this was a good stay as we were leaving on a tour from here.

Very comfortable stay in Delhi close to central areas and suburbs in the NCR especially NOIDA, Saket, Faridabad. Staff is very attentive and responsive. Sumptuous meal buffets.

The stay was good and service was excellent. Sunny, Kabook and Vijay from housekeeping/services receive special mention. While housekeeping does a good job, it would be good to get the carpets also vaccumed as part of the daily housekeeping.

Had a small issue but Pratham (receptionist) handled it in a high professional manner and high dedication. As I travel a lot, it is very rare to see such great support). I recommend this hotel because of him and you will be lucky if your request is handled by Pratham. Thanks

the picture of the property did not match the actual property. Hotel is okay but more like a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel.

A good property terribly managed. Questionable policies. Be prepared to bring your own linen and housekeeping. Bring your own towels, the property does not believe in keeping towels in the room. You have to literally beg and then also you have to keep chasing them. 5 star hotel with less than 1 star housekeeping.

Room #8011 - every night there were sounds as it very close to the employee's entrance and elevators. I should have moved to another room, my bad. Even waited to fill this review to hear from them what was the problem - and they didn't reply. Great breakfast and dinner.

Very Clean and Modern Hotel with great ameneties and facilities.

We waited for almost 20 minutes in a queue to check in. Throughout our stay, our room keys kept deactivating, which involved more trips to reception and further queuing. The corridor carpets were dusty, with crumbs outside my bedroom door that were still there when I checked out. Our rooms were grubby, particularly the bathrooms. We were given one towel each. My colleague’s shower leaked and created a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time she used it. On our first morning there were no tables available at breakfast, no cups, the self-service areas were chaotic. My colleague had to drink her tea from a cereal bowl. I asked to move to my colleague’s room when she left for the UK a few days before me as my room was so small it didn’t have a desk. She checked out in the early hours of the morning, I went out to some meetings and asked for the room to be cleaned. I got back at 6pm and it hadn’t been touched. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and when I was finally able to access the room again, I don’t think they had put clean linen on the bed!! A truly unpleasant stay overall. The staff in the breakfast room were harassed and the atmosphere was not pleasant. The only positive was the wonderful young girl who made the omelettes. She worked SO hard, but didn’t seem to get any appreciation.

Had good time

The room was not clean and there were only 3 hangers. Electric kettle was not working and had to be replaced. Floor had dirt on it. Shower water knob was broken. Toilet water was all yellow and looked dirty.

Nice, clean and safe hotel. A comfortable home away from home.

This our first time at this hotel. Our client is nearby recommended. Great spot. Good rooms and great food.

Nice hotel, but the service light in the room can’t be switched off. And very mediocre service in general.

Crowne Plaza is a haven in a very hectic city and is a lovely hotel. The pool area and rooms are a particular highlight, as was breakfast. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Lovely restaurants but please be aware that it is very expensive to eat and drink here so budget accordingly! Our cost of room was very reasonable however.

The woman at the front desk never said HELLO. She smiled and spoke kindly, but she didn't say hello first and ignored my greeting. It was an unusual experience.

Awesome hotel. Awesome staff. Great food options inside restaurant.
