We had a great time here, and Leukerbad is just amazing. The staff was super nice, and we had fun and friendly interact with Isobel, e anvery nicJimmy and Nuno. The spa area is very nice and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.

It is a great place for have a short-time relax. The pool is not crowded like other big public pools. It also has outdoor pool as well. Very kind staffs and good breakfast.

A perfectly fine hotel and the room works well for families. However, the bed was very firm - fine if you like that but not conducive for a night’s sleep if you don’t. Thankfully the hotel put a topper on the bed for the second night. Buffet breakfast perfectly fine for a 2-3 star hotel but not a 4-star. Insufficient choice. Value for money? Probably not by Swiss standards and certainly not by international standards.

For a four star hotel, we found that the service was poor, there were no toiletries in the bathroom apart from shower gel, the bed most very hard and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was standard, nothing special. As for positive things, we must say that we appreciated the spa and sauna area which was clean and very good.

Stayed here for a night on our way from Montreux to Zermatt. Didn’t expect much except for a brief soaking in a hot spring, but it turned out a really great experience. Therme 51 had its own spa and pool — a wonderful facility albeit somewhat small — so we didn’t have to walk out to bigger, more famous hot springs. Unless you want a big pool with a lot of people, Therme 51 would be a good place to stay.

Very nice, modern, clean hotel. Great breakfast (included). Little mountain resort town was full of great things to do. This was a short two night stay on our trip and I regret that we didn’t have more time to relax there.

4 star hotel in the very centre of Leukerbad. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, good service. Bit overpriced for what you get + high city tax + no free parking. 7 out of 10

A little jewel of tranquility, with a stupendous view of the mountains from my window. Wonderful people who work here do everything to make you happy. New outdoor thermal Jacuzzi, and top notch sauna and relax room. A five star experience without the snobbery.

Small hotel but has all you need on site. We appreciated the staff, clean room with a tablet, nice outdoor jacuzzi and cheaper parking rates when booking with the hotel. We would recommend modernizing a bit the decoration of the room. Our stay was mainly ski and SPA of which both were achieved.

Overall i had a lovely stay and would come back.

The concierge is very nice. However, the refrigerator is located in common area and not inside the room. The toilet is small for a two-bedroom suite.

Spent one night - had a massage and a soak in the thermal bath on Friday; after hiking on Saturday returned for another soak in the thermal bath. Nice hotel, great masseuse.

We had an amazing stay and I would definitely like to come back. They have nice clean and big rooms. It would be good if they had a little drinks bar though.
