This place is enchanting, the building itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The view of the city through your windows is astonishing.

Overall great, but small details make things not so great. Few electricity plugs in the room, not disturb sign is unnoticeable etc. location more for business travel than tourism

enjoyable stay. only downside is the lobby bar closes so early it was hard to have post dinner drinks or work at lounge over some whiskeys or alcohol in the night.

The property is dated

The stay was excellent. The staff r friendly and helpful. They always give a welcoming smile. I would like to suggest that the hotel line their dustbin especially the one inside the toilet because some guests absent-minded discard their toliet paper there, leaving behind a urine smell. While being green, the current methos is just not sustainable.

It’s very unique place to stay! Me and my girlfriend stayed there for three nights and the hotel was super! The room so clean, the hotel so organized, and the service is one of the best that I saw for while, they are really helpful and nice, the pool is good also the gym, and last thing which is the most important, is the view , this hotel have special view on the River and the new town, we will come back! Great breakfast and services

Great view of the famous Qiantang River right in front of my room. Almost nightly light show. On Saturday, there is a musical fountain show right in front of the hotel and the Hangzhou Grand Theatre. The music and the lightings are synchronised very well with all surrounding buildings within I believe a 5 km radius all participating in the lighting show. It is very convenient as it is next to the subway station. It is also within a 1.7 km walking distance from the the new and grand Raffles City Square developed by Capitaland. Outlet Mall (Sausser) is right in front of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel facility and nice room. The Gym needs some work and I would expect the staff to be more fluent in English.
