Peppers is in a great location, lots to do around Broadbeach. We booked an "ocean view" room as per Wotif description, but our room was not with an ocean view. Reception kindly changed our room to one that did have a limited beach view which was appreciated, but not what we paid for. We would have chosen a different place to stay had we known we would be looking at the back of other buildings. This was not what we thought we were booking as per the description and photos in the listing.

Friendly staff. Close to beach, shops, restaurants ,transport. Clean apartment with generous supplies of everything needed, and nice view of the beach. Overall a great experience.

No aircon working on bedrooms, was very hot and barely slept

Lication: Ideal as it is a block from the beach and restaurants are even closer. The tram stop is about 3 blocks away. Property: Wonderful. We had a sea view apartment with balcony. Very clean and quiet. 2 pools and a gy. Property is in good condition. Room: Great apartment with seperate bedroom, full kitchen and large balcony. Very clean and quiet. I would certainly stay here again.

Great stay

Overall is good, but internet is slow, TV wasn’t working after power being restored. Shower was cold. No enough hot water in the morning .

Clean, spacious and well located

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment. When checked in the apartment they gave us was very worn and tired. We found bed bugs stains in the bed and immediately asked to be given a different apartment. The receptionist told us that they will ask housekeeping to check on it. I said that’s not acceptable. We had just come off a 13 hours international flight and really wanted to get settled He then told us to wait in the unit for the manager to call us. An hour passed and no call from management. I had to go back to reception to track down the manager myself. We finally got a different apartment in better condition and no bed bugs. Another surprise was that even though they are a hotel, there is no service provided to the rooms, not even emptying trash or refreshing towels.

Very convenient close to all restaurants and woolies highly recomended 5 star hotel in the gold coast especially for family holiday.

Great place for a family with kids. The kitchen & laundry facilities are very convenient. Great view.

Location Close from beach No daily service, would have preferred this

nice location being central to fooderies and other shopping as well as close to beach. Room air-conditioning poor, not able to adjust accordingly to suit a comfortable stay getting very hot in the early morning.

Perfect place to stay in Broadbeach

This place is flash!!! The moment we opened the door, our mouths dropped. The view of the beach was stunning, the room was super modern and clean. No sample products, they actually had full bottles of bathroom products for us to use. The bed was super comfy, and the bath was amazing. This place exceeded our expectation.

The accommodation was excellent!

Room was grubby, needs new carpet as staining makes it feel very dirty. Level 8 lobby’s smelt like 10 babies had spewed all through it.

It is so central to world famous beaches, groceries, dinning, shopping easy to access main traffic routes in all directions. An easy 20 min drive to Gold Coast airport which has all the facilities of a major International airport but at a relaxed pace.
