The crest apartment building is a bit dated but clean and well maintained. The apartment was similar and had a notice on one of the bathroom doors saying that we would have to pay a cleaning fee if we used it. We paid for two bathroom apartment as there are four of us so this was disappointing and something that should be cleared up in future

Absolutely fantastic property, the staff were amazing. The property has an indoor heated pool with spa and sauna and an outside pool and spa along with tennis court and BBQ area that can be booked for use. The two bedroom apartment had a good layout and was perfect for a family of four, the washing machine is next to the neighbouring apartments bedroom tho so had to keep the washing to mid day. Fantastic views from the balcony and great access to the beach which is only a short walk down the road. There was a car space available but this trip I relied on the tram system with the stop only a 5 minute walk away and travel over the holiday period costing 50¢. Would definitely recommend staying here and will gladly return for a trip.

It is easy to check-in and they have friendly staffs. It is close to beach amd shopping district. The accommodation is nice and clean.

Great area and great management

We enjoyed our stay here finding the managers friendly and accommodating. We had a rear unit so were not bothered by the construction noise you will get at the front (north facing) side of the building. Our unit was comfortable overall. However we would say it needs some minor updating to make it more comfortable. The appliances and utensils were disappointing. The building has well maintained common areas and a nice indoor pool, spa and sauna, which we used regularly. YMMV

Unfortunately the apartment we stayed in was very rundown and furniture was sparse and very cheap. We have stayed here often but we were very disappointed this time.

Cleanliness is good. It would be nice to offer one small bottle of body wash and shampoo for each guest rather than only two to share among four guests.

The staffs are very nice, the facilities in the apartment are new and complete, and the location is close to many restaurants the main beach. Highly recommended.

Have Stayed in Main beach many times. This property is a little tired compared others we have stayed in. The apartment was basic but comfortable with minimal furniture. The air conditioning didn’t work, luckily the weather was cool.

We stay in Main Beach regularly and this is an excellent property with great management. Clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend versus other apartment blocks in Main Beach

Clean, comfortable, good communication

I was very I impressed with the friendliness kindness and support provided by the owners and staff at the Crest Apartments. They are excellent ambassadors for the hospitality industry and would not hesitate in staying at this facility in the future

It was quite run down and for the price very basic. The air con was like a jet engine. No face washers supplied in bathroom. Shower head broken. Bed very bouncy! Staff were all really friendly. Pool was nice.

The apartments are a very short stroll to the beach which had life guards. Close enough to Surfers but not too close so no noise. The property is in good condition but the WIFI is very slow with 1.5gb daily limit. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it.

Proximity to beach was excellent and the unit was very clean.

Stayed for the weekend. Great location. as quite central to where I had to be. Was very easy to get to the beach, as easily within 5-10mins walking distance. Staff were happy to communicate all necessary information required to get around. Very well presented and clean room. Would be happy to stay again.
