Pros: The man at the reception desk was lovely, very nice and helpful. Cons: DIRTY. We arrived and our sheets were visibly dirty. We switched rooms and in the new room comforter had stains and the shower was dirty, it clearly wasn’t cleaned and there possible mold on the ceiling. There was also patch work on the walls that had yet to be painted over.

Excellent hotel facility. Easy check in and quiet. Luv it.

This hotel seemed like it was on the verge of going out of business. They were out of every thing we asked for. There was a sign on our floor for an ice machine but no ice machine

The Clarion is an older hotel that is being renovated and apparently be a future bigger brand hotel. The bar was great. The room was older. But it was worth the money being a lower cost alternative on the road.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! Front desk and everyone else was very nice! Always asked if needed anything! The stay was lovely! Definitely a place to stay when u come to Shippensburg!

Staff is friendly, beds nice. I liked the smaller pillows with both foamier and softer filling. The room was clean, but the bathroom tub area needs an upgrade. We also thought the Ugrill restaurant right in the building was convenient and nicely priced.

Rooms at The Clarion are reasonably priced, well furnished and convenient to the university. The downside is that the hotel needs to be refreshed and there is a lot of street noise from traffic at all hours.

Was not pleased that there was a dirty wash cloth and dirty cup in our bathroom when we arrived. The desk clerk road with us up the elevator said it was an old building and they were having plumbing issues. Luckily not our room.

The Breakfast was Horrible, we ended up going to the restaurant across the street. The man working the evening staff was just downright disagreeable. He should be fired! Ice machine did not work on our floor. Beds were not made up after we requested. No wash clothes in room. Avoid this place !!!

They left shampoo that was use in the room. You should change out the toiletries after each stay. One of the cleaning ladies look like she had her teenage daughter helping her. My comforter had black stains on it.
