Great location in the city center !

My second stay here. Really friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a small but perfect selection with everything you need. I can't wait to come back!

This was a fantastic set up with tram routes, supermarkets and play parks all within a 15 minute walk or less. The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were all clean and in perfect condition. Great value!

Comfortable apparyhotel right at St Louis tram stop at the city center. All conveniences around within walking distance. Fast interenet. Comfy bed.

The building is older. Hallways were dark and layout made it confusing to find the rooms.

Very good location but lack of parking was a hassle. The apartment itself was very clean and it was great for us to have separate rooms.

No fitness facility, no parking

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be rebooking on my next trip to St Etienne. The staff on reception were extremally helpful and very welcoming which made for a very pleasing first Impression. Hotel is well situated and close to restaurants and bars.

Nice room. Took a while for me (Canadian) to get used to walking down a dark hallway waiting for the motion sensors to turn the lights on. Area around the hotel seems to have been hit hard by COVID, with lots of closed shops. But only 2-3 blocks from bar area, and a few more from restaurant area. Overall, given the circumstances (immediately post-COVID), thumbs up.

Nice hotel in central area

The staff was super nice and very helpful!!! They all went out of their way to make us very comfortable and helped us with our surroundings. The only thing we did not have is room service for the 4 nights. Had to go downstairs to the front office to get toilet paper. (I have never done that) the room was very specious and nice view of the park. Thank you again to the staff. Would go again.

I loved my room at CityLoft Aparthotel. It was spacoius, clean, and relaxing with very good facilities such as a hob and fridge. The facilities were excellent, the location was very handy for exploring the city. I chose the non-hotel price and opted for the breakfast and the selection was very good. Most of all the staff were so freindly and helpful. It was a very relaxing stay and I hope to return again one day.

Accomodations were ok, no more no less just like the city around it

Pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The breakfast was ok. The only problem is the lack of option to have dinner around this place.

Ideal location for visiting the city. Well equipped room but a bit dismal - could have done with better lighting. Long walk from the car park if you are loaded down with bags!

Good location. Clean and tidy. No water provided, which is unreasonable in this day and age. Staff just pointed people to the vending machine (€2 for 500ml) and doesn’t cater for cashless users.
