A nice hotel on the lake with a large elegant pool with a waterfall. The lake has crocodiles, so you can’t swim in it, but it’s fun to see the crocodiles.

Rooms were clean, spacious and the e beds were comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves local and international food.

Villa Maya is an excellent hotel with good dining, view of the lake, walking trails and excellent service at reception, including transportation to Flores.

Very peaceful and preserve place. The nature is just beautiful.

Wish we would have had more time to explore the grounds but breakfast with a river view was filling and the kids enjoyed the big pool and wildlife around.

An excellent choice for lodging on trips to Petén. The hotel is remodeled and very well maintained. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant is also good, and there's no need to go out to eat. We really liked that the room had a small refrigerator, which came in very handy. The property is excellent for walking around.

It’s so beautiful and peaceful.

Friendly staff, and absolute gorgeous location with superb cabin placement

Super comfortable and nice looking villas on the lake. Lots of wildlife around (we even saw a crocodile while having breakfast in the restaurant). Many hikes through the rainforest to enjoy the nature. The gem of our whole trip to Guatemala.
