As above. Tired rooms, marked carpets, towels, no personal service, broken hot tap in loo. Was lovely and quiet and plenty of warm blankets

Its very convenient to get to other shops and not far from taradale township.

I like the privacy and saftey of this motel. I will always use The Ballina motel Napier.

Clean spacious rooms. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very quiet motel on a busy road.

IS THIS LEGAL TO OPPERATE THIS WAY !!!NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN. Other clients voicing simal problems. 1 out of 10.

I very much liked the privacy of the motel. Staff are helpful and pleasant. I enjoy staying there so much iv decided2 make it a weekly thing.

few minor problems but over-all quite happy

Minor repairs needed. Toilet door couldn't shut. TV remote battery flat. Thorough spring clean could do wonders.

Unfortunately the Sky television connection went down on the third night and as a result we had no tv for the remaining 4 nights, but when I went to hand in the key we received a decent amount of discount which was great.

Close to Taradale shops and quiet. Had everything I needed. I will be back.
