I ve changed rooms. First one wich i booked through Expedia had unpleasant smell and was not heated at all. Second had with big comfortable bed, was perfectly heated. I paid extra money for it

Nice hotel, great centerl location, the hotel we'll renovted, the breakfast is O. K but old Bulgarian style. The rooms has good heating system that is very important at the coold night at winter time. It has good value for money, I will come again.

A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again.

Look beyond the repair work the room was spacious fully equipped and had one of the most modern bathrooms I’ve seen with separate shower and bath This is going to bean amazing hotel very centrally located and plenty of independent car parks nearby at the moment till theirs is completely renovated

The hotel’s location was perfect. The only issue was that the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Although, it was non-smoking, it must have allowed smoking at one time and for a long time, because it just seemed to be entrenched.

Great hotel, great location.

This hotel is a relic of the communist era, it is a rather ugly grey tower that is about to get a long overdue revamp. The employees are on the whole a rather dour bunch, and due to the Coronavirus they meke it quite obvious they'd rather not be there.. If youre thinking about getting room service, then i'd maybe think again, as the food is probably the worst hotel food ive ever had, but there is a nice restaurant that faces the hotel lobby. The rooms are decent enough, and the hotel is ideally situated for the city centre and beach front, with great views across the city and bay, but its below par breakfast lets it down, even if it is competitively priced.

Very average place. Tired and not that modern, only some of tge ftont desk spoke English. It took 3 visits to reception till i had a working door key. Was upsetting the next day not to ge allowed to use mens room on reception level, it was unfortunate the person dpoke no English, he did not kniw i was staying there

A friend and I were traveling around Bulgaria and booked a couple nights at this hotel. Google maps brings you to a large plaza at the front of the building but it is closed for cars. We tried to find a way to get around the plaza (which takes up several blocks on two sides of the hotel) to the parking garage but couldn’t find a way. We finally found a policeman who showed us the way. The hotels front desk says if one enters the name of the street behind the hotel into Google Maps the directions will get you there. Unfortunately I don’t know the name to provide it here. The hotel is about 40 years old and is in the process of renovation. At present there isn’t an elevator from the garage to the hotel so you must walk your bags up to the service entrance which in turn leads to the lobby. Our room was on the 10th floor and was very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! There are several restaurants on the plaza in front of the hotel and two or three gelato places too. The plaza also has lots of shops and was great fun to wander along.
