Comfortable room which overlooked the roundabout on a busy road, however the window blinds were quite effective and keeping the noise down. Disappointed that the web site did not state that the restaurant was breakfast only, no evening meals. The bathroom was poorly designed with the bidet so close to the door, that it's difficult to walk straight into the room. The shower enclose is really out of date and has a high step which makes it easy to bang you toes on as you exit. This was the only downside to a nice hotel.

One of the nicer hotels we stayed in on our trip to the northern extremes of Italy! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was probably one of the best we had seen, both in terms of variety and quality! And the hosts were warm and welcoming. Will heartily recommend this lovely hotel to anyone traveling in the area!!

We stayed 3 nights at Vittoria and were very pleased. The room was large with nice decor. The staff were exceedingly helpful & friendly. A 5 star experience.

we could not have been happier with both the hotel and its owners/personnel. Even though it's a large, classic hotel, the service was definitely very personal: a good thing! The amenities is what you would expect from a hotel of this category. It had all the modern conveniences, but it is the personal tough which made our stay special.

We chose this hotel because of it's location, near my Italian relatives in the Valtelina area. It greatly surpassed our expectations! It is a lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. The hotel staff were excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was the best of any hotel in which we stayed during our 2 week visit to Italy. The breakfast/bar area was lovely and elegant. All in all an excellent hotel and a wonderful experience for us. Hope to be back again in a few years!

Comoda la posizione e personale gentilissimo. Carino ma non da 4 stelle.

Abbiamo usato questo hotel come tappa per dirigerci verso Livigno. Il check in si è svolto con professionalità fin troppa. La camera al primo piano con un grande terrazzo ma spoglio...camera piccola e distribuita male acqua in omaggio ma frigo spento e vuoto bagno da ristrutturare scrostato il soffitto e macchie nel vetro della doccia. Serrande improponibili per aprirle ed abbassarle con manovella..mah...pulizia eccellente corridoio con moquette usurata. Colazione variegata con dolce e salata e personale gentile. Per il servizio che presta l albergo non merita un 4 stelle ci vorrebbe una buona ristrutturazione ma sulla pulizia nulla da obiettare

Viaggio organizzato al “volo” struttura accogliente, la receptionist molto gentile e disponibile ( abbiamo lasciato la stanza un ora dopo ) grazie alla possibilità di farlo , non tutti gli hotel danno questa opzione !! Se passerò da Sondrio e deciderò di fermarmi passerò da qui senz’altro

Albergo ben tenuto, pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa la colazione: un po' scarsa per essere un hotel. Dal mio punto di vista più scelta dolce rispetto a quella salata. Nel complesso soddisfatta come sempre.
