Great Stay!

Lido Palms Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs is a peaceful, low-key retreat with wonderfully clean, perfectly heated mineral pools ideal for relaxation. The small number of rooms creates a quiet atmosphere without crowds, and the friendly on-site owners, especially Alla, made us feel warmly welcomed and at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a full kitchen that was super convenient. It’s not a fancy resort, but if you want a calm, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. Thank you, Alla and Edward, for welcoming us so perfectly — we’ll definitely return!

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the Lido Palms Resort and Spa. Upon our arrival we received a tour of the property and the pools, along with helpful information about the benefits of the mineral waters. Alla and her husband the proprietors were very attentive to their guests, making sure all felt welcome and checked in on guests throughout their stay. The property was bright and clean, with a bonus kitchenette, and the pools were amazing! This was a friend getaway, and it was so worth it! The location has easy access to Joshua Tree National Park, and the town of Desert Hot Springs is very cute! After a day of hiking and walking, the mineral waters here were just what we needed. The decor inside the room and the pool area was very calming with beautiful plants and flowers. The massage service I received was wonderful, and the spa room was tranquil, it was so nice to walk outside the spa room after the massage and lounge near the pool. This was such a nice and relaxing stay! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway! Alla the owner, was so kind to even call after we had left the property because I had left something behind! A hidden gem in the desert, and will definitely be back and spend more time, a weekend was not enough!

Great hotel clean service

The Lido is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Desert Hot spring area. We really enjoy having a separate kitchen and the pools are wonderful .

Lovely small hotel in a quiet residential area with two outdoor hot spring pools and an indoor pool. Staff was very friendly, cared about the property, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Rooms were generously sized, spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The Lido Palms is a real gem the place is very clean and the property is very well maintained. The 2 hot tubs and pool are hot mineral water and very hot. The new owners are very nice and accommodating. One person in our group used the Spa services and was very pleased with the massage. I highly recommend the Lido Palms which is great value for the money

We were working on our house and needed a place to stay : and especially looked forward to the incredible hot springs water at Lido Palms . We soaked and relaxed and ate take out from a great Indian restaurant . Walked around the corner to breakfast at Azure Palms . Good location for us and perfect mineral pools .

Happy to see the new owners of Lido Palms are wonderful people, and are doing a lot of renovations. It still has the old school look and feel that I love, but now there are new modern touches in the rooms. The pools are very clean, and the natural spring water really does heal you. Can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed at Lido Palms for more than 20 years, under new ownership at times. I have always felt welcome there, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This new ownership is awful. They entered my room with the house keys without advising me in the middle of the stay. They were invasive and made use of the hot springs with the guests during pool hours. Won't be staying there anymore.
