The hotel was acted and in need of an upgrade but staff were absolutely delightful friendly and helpful

Comfortable, warm, quiet and clean, staff always friendly. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed

Doors bit noisy slamming

The room was clean. Free parking which was great. Could do with a bit of TLC with paintwork etc however the staff was brilliant and did everything they could to make us welcome and enjoy our stay. Think his name was Darren. Couldn’t have helped enough if he tried. We will definitely be back for another stay. It was the right price for the right stay. In fact I’d say it was good value for what we got.

It's a cheap box hotel on a services. Clean inside. Comfy.

Good choice for anyone travelling in the area and needs access to the motorway network.

a driver was refused a pre booked room as she arrived in the early hours, the excuse given you can only check in between 15.00pm and 22.00pm ??? if there room times are from 15.00pm to 11.00am next day then why did they turn away a lady coach driver in the early hours of the morning, refusing to let her check in to a pre purchased room and forcing her to sleep in a carpark on her own in the middle of the night TOTALL UNACEPTABLE AND NEEDS ADDRESSING

Great spot, clean, value for money, comfy beds, free parking. Value for money

A fabulous welcome from staff. The hotel has recently been decorated, new carpets and it is spotlessly clean. However, some things are dated. Perfect for a stopover on the way to Northern Scotland. We will stay here again.

Shocking condition room especially bathroom. Years past needing a refurb

We've stayed here before and have had no issues, but unfortunately the room we were in this time had mattresses that were on their last legs and really uncomfortable. We also had a very noisy family either above or beside us who had their young children running about and shouting long after midnight. Not a restful night
