Great hotel very friendly staff

Pet friendly. Excellent friendly staff. But the room was so tiny it was hard moving around in it. The two beds had one foot between them. Same as the walls were about 2 feet from beds. It was basically clean but there was water dripping from the ceiling and it wasn’t the shower. Also water leaking from behind toilet. Didn’t feel clean cleaning up in the bathroom as water or someone’s toilet dripped right over the sink! I would rate it a 2/10 because of this.

Starting with the hotel being remodeled, it was dirty every where. Lobby bathroom didn't have water at the sink, hallways were dirty and hot. The room's floor was very dirty, the a/c never cooled down to a comfortable temperature, we couldn't sleep becaus it was so hot in the room. Staff did not inform us of any of this. No irons available. No restaurant.

Towels had someone’s hair, and the sheets had some type of black stain. AC in one of the rooms we booked could not be put under 26C. Since the hotel is getting remodeled there was a lot of construction going on, lobby and bathroom lobby was not clean, and the construction noises were loud all day. The card they gave us for the parking lot did not work ANY of the times we tried to use it in the 2 days we were there, we had to find parking round the hotel. Even with asking at the lobby they said it should work but it never did.

No me gusto estuve muy incomoda, solo nos quedamos ahi en ese hotel por lo cerca que esta al centro de gobierno. Pero esta muy alto el precio y no te ofrecen ni una taza de cafe, todo te lo cobran. El aire esta muy caliente no sirve y es muy ruidoso no pud descansar bien.

El staff es amable y servicial. Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general son limpias y cómodas. Sinembargo las habitaciones son diminutas, incluso más pequeñas que las del One. Por éste motivo el costo es proporcionalmente muy alto, además de que el desayuno se paga aparte por lo que el costo sube aún más. Es buén hotel, pero por el mismo costo encuentras otras opciones mejores.

Luggage cart damaged. Peso exchange rates poor. Put pet deposit on credit and they insisted on returning pesos instead of releasing hold. Cost $18 usd lost in exchange. Scam.

The only bad thing breakfast said $19 dlls and it didn’t said for both I thought it was per person. So I didn’t get it. And I would like it if you specify that is for both or how much per person. I end up paying individually and that’s when they said it was $19 for 2 persons. ☹️

Yes the mountain of the bell was very impressive especially at night.

La persona de recepción hizo check off entes de 10 porque perso que cuando salimos mi esposa y yo ya no regresaríamos siendo que nosotros aún tenemos cosas que hacer aquí y ahora tengo que andar cargando mi maleta por el centro de Hermosillo pésimo servicio por ese detalle
