Food is great, but toilet is not good on room 413

Very good hotel. Can never book a time for a massage. This time I even tried the day before checking in. Very good gym and pool though.

It was sOOoOo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Amazing breakfast. Hotel staff always very welcoming. Very clean and next to the mall for easy shopping & taxi for moving in the city. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

Was really disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. Although it was negligence on our part not researching beforehand, but had we been offered a refund upon check in, we would've opted to stay at another hotel. The pool was under maintenance so we had nothing to do at the hotel. I feel like we really didn't get the value for money.

Very nice room and staff service excellent. Gave immediate attendance when I said TV is not working.

Radisson hotel was a very nice, cozy and family friendly hotel. my kids enjoyed staying here for an overnight. Food are great also. It's one of the best hotels in Cebu.
