Very nice and clean room with comfy beds , coffee and tea available in the room also shower gel and soap in the bathroom , nice and friendly staff , good price 😁

Nice enough for one night and very quiet. Costa and McDonald's in the services nextdoor

Clean, comfortable, safe, and surprisingly quiet for a motor service area inn. Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms could use some updating, like maybe some outlets near the bed.

Water in room 9 bathroom was too hot. Struggled to cool it down

Fairly standard motel in a rest stop on the M6. Food and amenities available at same stop.

Easy free parking. Welcomed with a smile. Easy check in and right next to the services to be able to grab some food. Room was very clean and had everything we needed, I had a nice bath. The bed was very comfy and the room was a great temperature unlike lots of hotel rooms which I find absolutely boiling during the night! Great value for a night passing through!

No where to get a decent breakfast. Only McDonald's or Costa. Both very undesirable.

Very friendly check-in service, couldn't have asked more from this lovely lady. On arriving in the room it was freezing, the windows were open and the heating off, this was probably down to them trying to get rid of the wet dog smell. Other than the smell, the room was spacious, tv worked, hairdryer to use and shower gel provided with one large towel and one small. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. We left around 8am, the reception desk wasn't open at this time but we didn't need anything so used the drop box for keys and left. The car park is free for customers of the hotel, you register your car with them on arrival. Cheap and cheerful, would stay again. Purpose of the stay was for the local parkrun which was about 15mins away. Wetherspoons is also about 15mins away.

This place was horrible we were given the disabled room. The beds were so uncomfortable, the room old and tired. Fab noise from somewhere, dripping tap. Nightmare, no sleep!

The hotel was good and welcoming, and the front desk staff was friendly. the only issue noticed was no bath soap and wash hand soap.

After a six hour journey and due to an accident on the motorway we could not access the inn. So we had to book another hotel for the first night when we phoned to explain the situation we were met with unfriendly service. The next night we stayed as to get some value out of our booking, we couldn’t get any cold water out of the shower just boiling rather dangerous for our daughter who tried to take a shower first. When we mentioned this to the front desk there was no compensation offered. We would never stay there again.

Paid rooms through PayPal and was asked for a card which my husband did not have his friend had his and they took a penny out if you have your confirmation number or drivers license that should be sufficient never had this problem before

The hotel had a good size room ! Bed was comfy and i was able to grab snacks easily . My only minor problem was part of the door trim was loose and i caught my hand in it so it just needs glueing. Decent sized kettle was great, no decaff coffee, but for £36 it was a steel fir a night of peace and quiet .
