Very pleasant stay and all the staff were very nice

Great hotel, lovely staff who were all very welcoming, lots going on. The only small downside being that it does need a bit of a refurb in the rooms. But other than that it was all good, and we would stay there again.

Lovely room - staff were welcoming and friendly! Attending an event with overnight accommodation so did not have time to experience the hospitality of the Spa but everything at the hotel met with great satisfaction and would recommend and will definitely return when next in the area - thank you for your hospitality!

A beautiful hotel where i attended a function where the food was outstanding and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Strongly recommend this hotel

Room was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was excellent. Spa was fine, but could probably do with a bit of a makeover. Overall excellent and would definitely stay here again.

Good food choices, friendly staff, big warm bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Leisure facilities decent.

2 nights stay for work

This was a busy evening . Issues checking in which seemed to be related to Expedia but didn’t give me the best first impression , hotel very busy car park full , lots of events on which went on until late , no plug sockets by bed to charge phone or watch , room comfy but basic bathroom average . Pool warm and ok gym functional . Male staff member opened my door room whilst I was getting changed which startled me and was uncomfortable . Not sure I would go again .

We picked the hotel and spa for our wedding anniversary and it was fabulous the spa and the food, will be booking again soon

Lovely rooms but things not working in spa

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was large with two double beds and a bathroom. The room was clean and had all the usual facilites(kettle and tea, coffee, milk, shower, wash basins, toilet etc.) There was a wardrobe. Very nice large room.

Just a stop over for the horse racing at Fffos las, excellent location

We stayed in this hotel for one night whilst travelling and it was a nice hotel. The room was spacious, although it was very plain, and there was plenty of free parking. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The bar area and terrace was also nice. The only negative was that there was no bath mat so the bath was slippery.

Stayed in the Coach House and it was lovely
