Excellent room. Max was very helpful at check-in. The rooms were nicely upgraded, and there were nice touches like choclate in the room. Very impressed.

A good place to stay

We were unable to control water temperature - absolutely scalding and unable to add any cold water. We would have been better off camping.

Ok for a one nite stop but no more than that. Room very tired but clean and comfy bed.

A clean and comfortable stay. Staff very friendly. had no issues. Only downside would be to get rid of the baths and install showers.

It was a good room, but a bit dusty in a few places. And bathroom was a bit old too. But other than that was ok.

Everything was good , apart from the window lock/handle missing, so couldn't close window tight. Which meant it was a bit noisy during the night.

Popped in for a one night, late arrival, following rugby in Cardiff on our way north. Did all that was required of the stay. Basic, quick and fulfilled all needs. Would use again in same circumstances.

Found it ok. Used as a stop over for Devon. Very quiet. Handy services next door. Good sized clean room. Very happy.

The hotel was convenient with an easy check-in, the room is clean and perfect for what we needed. The only minuses were the bathroom was a little bit shabby and we could do with some extra pillows.

Bed on wheels was weird and the bed moved everytime you sat on or got off the bed - very weird - need to lock the wheels ! The arrival involved a lot opf form filling which was frustrating. I had booked online with all the data nedded - shouldn't need to fill all that info in !
