Room and location are both good but the warm welcome meant the most

The rooms/bed/furniture are quite outdated, but room is clean with everything you need. Friendly staff, great price and perfect location.

Could have mentioned that the pool is mot heated , was looking forward to the pool , or i would have booked somewhere else if id known

Great view! Clean, friendly staff, thoughtful. Easy to access, neighborhood was nice. St Andrews was lovely.

Courteous staff, nice clean place. Could hear footsteps most of the night and a whole bunch of coughing from the room above but other than that it is a lovely place with spectacular views from the balconies.

The little town is beautiful, the houses along the main street have an old town vibe with new unique stores, b&b, restaurants. The room is nice and updated and ciean.
