Väldigt sköna sängar, mycket trevlig bastu. Kul med bowling, sportbar med trubadur mm.

Modern and well facilitated.

Very comfortable hotel in Gallivare. I found it a bit overpriced, but there were no alternatives in the area, so I had to accept it. Location is excellent, across the street from the train station, bus stop and tourist information office.

The smoking just drifts to your window with windows open. They attract unique people from train station and bus station...

The pool/roof terrace was closed with no mention before booking and we didn’t find out we had to book the sauna 2 hours before wanting to use it until we arrived at the sauna. Food was great, staff was very friendly.

Great hotel in an amazing location, o KY a 15 min walk to see the northern lights. Hotel has its own bowling alley as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping. The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice. Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

Was a convenient location for our trip.

It was Very Good. The service level was high amongst the staff and friendly. My room was never cleaned but apparently they clean the room only if you ask them to do it. Unfortunately I had no information about that. My mistake but still.

Let me just start off by saying the taste in music was brilliant! View and facilities were great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff very friendly.

Free breakfast was fantastic!

We had a very nice stay. It was only 1 nt. But it was very enjoyable. We had a fabulous dinner on site at the restaurant. They served us even tho they were busy and we did not have a reservation. They were very accomodating. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel Lapland: I was visiting to take a trip on the Inlandsbanan and had booked due to the convenience for the station. Was really impressed with the staff, the room was really comfortable, I got a lot of use out of the pool, and the breakfast choice was amazing. Definitely recommend to people visiting the area!

Good and reasonably priced hotel after hiking in Sarek. Clean rooms and good service from the personnel. Nice saunas/pool to relax in.

Bott där ett antal gånger. Denna gång besökte jag även gymmet, bra o stort gym för att vara på ett hotell. Lugnt o skönt

Trevlig personal Mycket stor och god frukost.

Det var helt och rent och sköna sängar. Vårt rum var dock i behov av renovering (tänk 80/90-tal, många gamla hål i väggarna osv). Ologisk placering på hårtork (fast monterad i en låda (!) och inte en spegel inom räckhåll. Badrummet var rent men "outdated". En vanlig kontakt för t ex plattång hade varit bra. Samt en förstoringsspegel.

Tråkigt att hotellets hiss var sönder. Saknade att det inte fanns någon hårfön på rummet. Annars var både hotellet, hotellrummet och frukosten riktigt bra. Väldigt bra ljudnivå trots stor frukostlokal.

Frukosten är i klenaste laget. Väldigt dålig brödkavlite och utbud.

Var en super bra vistelse då vi var på lilla VM och tävlade i bowling eftersom bowlingen är i källaren men personalen däremot är den otrevligaste och suraste jag någonsin träffat. Själv jobbat på hotell och detta var under all kritik!!
