Only have some bugs on my duvet, but managed to change to a new one. overall it's good and reasonable price, staffs are nice and good to have parking outside.

Great location for driving travellers for a good rest in a quiet city famous for its Udon. It is located at the mid point of various main cities in the region and just adjacent to highway. Room is clean and breakfast is truely valued for money!

Impressed by how big the bathroom was! Some cheap Japanese hotel bathrooms are so small that you can barely turn around. Also very clean and modern. Just wish there was more m around, it was an over 1500 yen taxi ride to the station to find a dinner place.

Good enough compare to its cost! Clean and tidy! Simple but nice breakfast! There is a very nice and must try restaurant opposite to the hotel! There is also a big supermarket and a 100Yen shop next to the hotel! Will certainly stay here again if traveling nearby.

Relatively small room so there's not much walking space left after opening our two luggage. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Room was clean and bright. Breakfast was very basic and not much varieties; obviously they were made from pre packed and mechanical food, wish they can improve better on this.

Good overall but it could be better if staff have more flexibility. On arrival we asked if we could order breakfast next morning. The answer was we only served for those with reservation beforehand.

the first thing I noticed when I arrived it was that the hotel was brand new, the furniture and facilities look new and modern, thankfully the smoke of cigarrette hasn't impregnated yet in the building so everything smells clean and fresh, and the experience was very nice and relaxing. Far from the station but if you have a car the hotel is easily accesible by motorway. I noticed that the hotels and ryokan I stayed in Japan has very bad ventilation system and the smell of cigarrette is everywhere in the buildings, I hope this hotel keeps its modern looking for longer.

Can not fault the hospitality of the staff.

Tolles Hotel! Weit über dem üblichen Standard. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar einen Kaffee als Willkommensgruß. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt.

スタッフの対応も良くて清潔なHOTELでした。駐車場も広くて無料で停めやすかったです。 行きたかった有名なうどん屋や、骨付き鶏の店へもアクセスが良かったです。

近くにスーパーがあり便利ですが、歩くには少し離れています。ホテルに着く前に必要な飲み物や軽食など買っておく方が良いです。
