Overall, the room was nice; however, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. It took over an hour and a half to get somebody to fix this which delayed our ability to go into the city. The food for breakfast was cold, but adequate. The location was great

Excellent location. Only 15 minutes from Bari railway station and 5 minutes from Latgo Eroi del Mare - the pickup point for day tours. The breakfast buffet is very good and fulfilling.

The breakfast was appreciated (an excellent selection) and the staff were professional. The bathroom in our room was very new and modern but the bedroom was tired (and we were disappointed with that). Sheets were crisp and comfortable.

First room allocated was very small and faced into an indoor courtyard felt claustrophobic however they did upgrade us to a better room when we highlighted this. Great location and very clean

Everyone was so nice and so helpful. We had an issue with our keys but they moved quickly to help us get on with our day while they sorted it out. Breakfast was outstanding… I have nothing but positive things to say!
