Good hotel for a stop over. Clean, well located. Menu of dining room limited. Average breakfast. Front desk staff excellent and bad (lady very helpful, guy needs tutoring).

I like everything about this property

It was a huge disappointment. My wife and I arrived at 8pm after a long day traveling only to find out we didn’t have a room. Front desk said they couldn’t find either me or my wife. By the way, it was my WIFE’S BIRTHDAY. We realized front desk had no interest in solving the situation so we decided to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and front desk acted very strange. First they couldn’t speak English, then they could. Then the connection was lost…I was still with the Expedia rep on the line when all of the sudden the reservation showed up. However, he said they didn’t have the room we paid for, only a full bed. So, I had to sleep in a full bed with my wife for 3 nights. They also did absolutely nothing to compensate us for this horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel. You can find better options closer to Buenos Aires’ highlights and with a staff that actually cares about you.

The property is located in an easy entry/exit for arriving or departure for airport. Few blocks away from the main st. Transport can be arranged through the hotel desk to airport.

The property is located in accessible area to reach from Ezeiza or Aeroparque airports. Near from the center. Services is excellent.
