The hotel could not handle too many guests and the hotel organized unwell. Staffs at the restaurant poor in English

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean but has a slight cigarette smoke smell inside the WC area. Luckily, the toilet dry area is not affected by the smell. The bed is comfortable and clean too. Will consider this hotel again if I am coming to Guangzhou in the future.

The hotel refused to deliver my delivery foods from front desk to my room because they think there are some food security issues. But, other brands hotel in China all can provide this service. Don't recommend this hotel for travelers.
