Beautiful spa like restful hotel - colonial style and one we’ve already stayed at and will come again. Gorgeous food too

This property is stunning, the gardens are beautiful, everything is clean and the staff are very attentive.

Every person (and one friendly dog named Rocky) at Hacienda Chichen-Itza is helpful! From an early check-in, to the front desk manager who made sure we had a lovely table for two during our one-night stay, to the servers, we had exceptional service. The pool is Olympic length I think, and great for lap swimming or just floating under the palm trees. The setting is unique and peaceful. Come to see the Mayan ruins; stay to enjoy being pampered.

What a lovely lovely place, it really takes you back to old school colonial architecture and living. The hotel has developed a wonderful eco friendly hotel with a beautiful garden and pool that should be enjoyed. Food was wonderful and so nice to see that they produce as much of their own food as they can and where they’re unable to, they source from the local community. Our only comment would be that if you were staying for more than one night, the beds are small for 2 so as a family it’d be worth considering 2 rooms but it really didn’t detract from our stay.

It was an amazing stay. We arrived late at night and Adrian waited for us, to greet us and gave us a fabulous welcome. He made sure that our stay was unique and personal ! Gave us the proper advice for travelling around and recommended the best dishes where food was concerned ! The room was tastefully decorated and the entire ambiance of the property was absolutely amazing! Definitely it’s a ‘must stay’ place. Thanks Adrian and staff for the fabulous hospitality and everlasting memories ! Best of luck to the staff and management of Hacienda ♥️

A beautiful property with a lovely pool and amazing grounds. The staff was very attentive and friendly. This is close to the Chichen Itza Monument, and the Ik Kil cenote.

This property is awesome. It is very peaceful and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tree of life out front is amazing. The pools is very nice too.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Ideal place for relaxation, great food. The only thing should be improved is the air conditioner. My two units had the same issue, no one could sleep. The rest was perfect.

Beautiful Hacienda set in gorgeous grounds. Perfect for a couple of days relaxing. If you like birds, the tour is worthwhile.

Fabulous hotel, 5 minute drive from the archeological site and cenote. Colonial style hacienda with beautiful tropical gardens.

The Hacienda has a beautiful property. Staff was incredible and the restaurant excellent. The room was somewhat dated, but the AC worked very well, it was clean and roomy. We loved the huge pool surrounded by palm trees. It was a short ride to the archeological site, and the hacienda was a welcome retreat on a hot day. We had a very positive experience at the Hacienda.

Great place to stay very close to Chichen Itza. The property is beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of outdoor seating and a large pool. The cottage-style buildings are adorable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Service staff were excellent, and the spa experience was exceptional. I’d love to stay here again.

It is really lovely. I had stayed there more than 40 years ago and it was lovely then and it hasn't changed. So nice to take my adult kids this time and have them love it, too. Staff is great. Grounds are beautiful. Restaurant setting is perfect. Food could be better but no complaints. It was way better than okay and easy and the service and setting make up for any shortcomings. I have been recommending Hacienda Chichen for years and will continue to do so.

There is no longer access to Chichen Itza from the property, so you need to drive and pay for parking. The place was alright but WiFi was horrendous and required you to be in the lobby to use it.
