the breakfast was warm and tasty. the hot water and coffee were always filled and available. the pool and hot tub area was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels.

Great stay, very friendly staff! Shout out to Roxanne for being a gem! Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices, hotel was very clean.

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious - mini kitchen was really nice. Not very sound proof. Heard our neighbours tv clearly in our room and they didn’t have it very loud. Bed side tables on either side of each bed would be helpful. (Relocated the chair side table for the night) Breakfast was ok. Not enough seating for more than 20 ish people. Nothing special and it abruptly ended when I found a long dark hair that wasn’t mine in my eggs. (Maybe a hair net for staff?). Pool was heated and son enjoyed the water slide. Happy kid is a bonus. In some regards it was good however I’m glad we only stayed one night. Not on my list to return to during our next stay in Sudbury.

Very clean rooms..friendly helpful staff. Hot tub and pool were amazing and the breakfast was top notch! I will definitely be staying again. Was the perfect getaway thanks to all of you!!!

Room was clean , comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok, more options would have been nice. More seating or a high chair for toddlers would be good. If there was one I didn’t see it. Water pressure in the room was pretty poor but not terrible. Man at the front desk was very nice and thorough. My kids loved the slide. Beds were comfy pillows too but I like a stiff pillow.

Breakfast was good, good for families but not necessarily for couples a lot of children in the pool area/hot tub . During breakfast not a lot of seating .

Hotels with hot tubs are scarce in Sudbury. This hotel has a hot tub. Clean room. Nice staff.

Room was very clean, however, the room had carpet and the smell from the carpet deodorizer was very strong. Would be better to have carpet-free rooms for people with allergies or sensitive smell. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. I really like having the laundry room but the washers look very worn out and the dryer filters should be replaced.
