Hard to find more mrt yuyaun exit 3 Turn right, not far, very clean, near tourist attraction

The hotel rooms are still new, very comfortable. The staff are also friendly, check-in is very fast. The hotel is very close to Yu Garden, just walking distance via the side street of the hotel. Next time will stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Shanghai. Not very far from the metro station. A lot of restaurants near by. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Good service, can't ask for help. There are quite a lot of customers staying. Easily accessible, easy to find In the city center, near to popular tourist spots, next time to stay again Forgot personal information. Employees will keep it until we go back to get it back.

I stayed for 3 nights. It’s very near with Yu Garden. And my view from my room was nice. 10 minutes to bus or train. But it’s hard to find taxi around the hotel. But overall I like it.

In the heart of the major tourist attractions, 100-year market, restaurants, cafes, complete with travel from the airport line2, then line 1 for another station, then walk a little more. The new hotel model is considered cheaper than our 4-star hotel.

loud neighbourhood, can hear people talking and noise at night (stayed at highest level) booked twin room, the room is small but comfortable and it has big sofa. around 10-15 mins walk to Yuyuan Garden metro station. they speak little english but very helpful and friendly

So far ok room and bathroom, only reception was a little help a few times so I asked for a taxi.

A nice neat and clean hotel in a very strategic location, some steps walk to famous Yu Garden, near metro station and shopping arcade... A few minutes walk to the Bund. Staff was very helpful and eager to help although some had a very limited English. Definitely would go back to this hotel when in Shanghai

The room is a bit small, but the location is strategic. About 10 minutes walk to Metro Station and 5 minutes walk to all crowd and shops in Yuyuan Garden area. It's very easy to find food and convenience store is only less than 100 m walk.

Next to the dirty warehouse room to the bed itchy itchy. Lots of piles of goods.
