People from the hotel only speaks Portugues and sometimes the don’t even try to understand

The staff is very friendly, Dayane from restaurant reservations is the sweetest and helpful person in the hotel. Theo the bartender and waitress make the best caipirinhas and will give you the best service. The food was great, the only recommendation is that the pool needs more cleaning… great time at the hotel!! Thanks

Very poor WiFi. Even in the lobby it is faulty. No connection on the rooms. Ocean is very rough and it is impossible to get in. I am an experienced ocean swimmer and I had a hard time staying 5 mi utes inside the water.

The resort is beautiful, we stayed at a chale and the king bed was comfortable, but the single bed had a hard mattress, when we contacted the front desk, they switched the mattress. The service is amazing, the employees are well trained and polite. It is an all inclusive and the food was delicious.

The room had broken furniture, broken furniture in the pool area, broken safe, was not cleaned well on daily basis. I killed 2 roaches in the room. Its a 2 stars hotel with "5 Stars Staff". Its a shame such a beautiful place the resort is so disappointing.

Most of the employees at the front desk speak English, but none of the security guards, food service or housekeeping employees do, which creates some minor problems for foreign business and vacationing guests. Also, most of the paper correspondence throughout the stay is not in English.

We went there on a family - kite trip, although the beach is a bit far from the rooms, everybody gets yo have a lot of fun, the pool is great for the kids ! Plus they get to eat as much as they want !

Just Amazing, from the arriving moment the hotel staff and views are great, breath taking

everything you could want in one place. good food, attentive staff, great pools. took my 6 month old son and the facilities are excellent for kids / babies. Only downside is the distance from the airport (about 50 mins in a taxi)

Quarto razoável, não era cama de casal, mas sim duas camas de solteiro juntas. Os brinquedos para criança estavam interditados, em pleno carnaval, data com bastante apelação. O funcionário que corta grama passou cortando em frente ao meu quarto às 8h da manhã, fui para descansar, e as 8h fui acordado por cortador de grama. No mais, o resort cumpre com a ideia, bares e restaurantes muito bons, porém, com dificuldade quando o resort está lotado.

QUARTO MUITO BOM. ACADEMIA DEIXA A DESEJAR.

Equipe maravilhosa, hotel muito bem localizado, mesmo em Janeiro, estava cheio, mas não lotado.

A infraestrutura do resort é muito boa e confortável, faço apenas uma observação sobre a comida. Li várias avaliações e concordo com muitos visitantes, a comida é sem gosto, por fim, não dá vontade de comer. A gente olha mas jao cobiça comer com apetite, mas para nao ficar sem de alimentar. A mesma coisa no Vila Gale Touros, idêntico. Em Touros havia mais variações de pratos servidos, enquanto em Cumbuco era menos, mas da mesma forma, os pratos servidos boa apresentação, mas insosso.

Quarto: fiquei no chalé 3701, onde o colchão muito antigo. Estava todo retorcido de tanto uso, proporcionando grande desconforto. Além disso, acho que havia percejo ou miquim nos colchões, pois bastava eu, minha esposa e meus filhos deitarmos para começarmos a nos coçar. Aparecimento diário de baratas dentro do quarto, mesmo com as janelas e ralos fechados. Acredito que tinha um ninho delas no alisar do portal do banheiro, onde havia uma grande fresta entre a porta e a parede. Muitos banhos gelados, dependendo do horário. A limpeza diária dos quartos também deixou a desejar. O chalé precisa ser reformado e as camas e colchões trocados com urgência. Comida: aquela já conhecida dos resorts. Bebida: sempre de moderada para quente, pois assim o cliente consome menos. Atendimento: mediano; o pessoal tem a cara bem amarrada, parecem que trabalham na força do ódio. À noite, tem uma música infernal (do próprio hotel), próxima à piscina que vai ate depois da meia-noite. Ou seja, quem quer descansar se ferra. A areia da praia é bem suja. Os turistas são porcos e o hotel não faz a sua parte: de pelo menos limpar o trecho de sua faixa de areia. Uma vergonha a Prefeitura não olhar também pela limpeza da praia e conscientização dos turistas e locais mal-educados e sem consciência ambiental. O salva-vidas do hotel não tá nem aí para os hóspedes que se aventuram no mar. Ele simplesmente põe a bandeirinha de praia não vistoriada! Aí é cada um por si. Tem outros Vila bem melhores.
