Staff mostly, great breakfast, restaurant does great for number of people there.

O Hotel National é um ótimo hotel. O restaurante é particularmente ótimo, e o café da manhã que eles oferecem pode ser facilmente pedido para entrega pelo aplicativo. Eles têm piscina, área de ginástica e também há um posto de gasolina do outro lado da rua, caso você precise de alguma bebida, lanche ou outras coisas. Altamente recomendado.

National Hotel continues to be one of the best hotels in Rio Preto after their new construction in the past years they have made great improvements to all their services. You won’t go wrong at this hotel.

Small room, small bathroom, not a pleasant bedroom. Very much an average hotel.

I accidentally left an important document in my room when I checked out. It was during an exhausting trip. I noticed it missing a day later. I freaked out. I decided to call the hotel and fortunately they found it and held it for me. Also the shower is full blast and hot, which hasn’t been the case in other places I’ve stayed in Brazil

The Nacional is the new hotel in Rio Preto after their renovation they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner they are in a location that makes many things of the city accessible by Uber and near two of the cities shopping locations. The pool is an added touch. Any Business would enjoy having an event there.

A/C on room wasn’t working and weather was hot

It was well located. The shower was the problem with there being dust everywhere

Location

The hotel is a pretty good bargain, but there are trade-offs. Breakfast is free, but essentially the same every day and with inconsistent quality. For example, some days there were lots of shell in the scrambled eggs. The location is inconvenient if you're looking for familiar places like Starbucks, Burger King, Taco Bell, but there is a nice lagoon park not too far away with a good walking/running trail and snack food stands. I was actually impressed with the shower - it had consistent and adjustable water temperature and pressure with good isolation and containment of the water and steam. Probably my biggest complaint was with the unreliable WiFi. I stayed for several days, but the WiFi passwords they gave me kept expiring after a day or so and then I would have to ask for a new one. It would stop working without any warning and once I was in the middle of a zoom meeting when it cut me off. They really need to improve how they manage WiFi access so guests have access for their entire stay without having to get new passwords all the time.

Need modernize rooms

You can’t go wrong by choosing this property for your stay. My stay cost me about $50 per night, a real bargain for what you get in return, Strategic and convenient located 10 minutes drive from the airport or to downtown area, near major hospitals and some restaurants, The property is safe, clean and well kept the sauna is currently going under renovation but I am positive it will be amazing when is done, large swimming pool. The colonial style BREAKFAST is served daily from 6:00 to 10:00 AM and is made with fresh ingredients too many items to list. The shower water pressure is amazing strong and extremely hot for a great relaxation after a long flight or a busy day of work. I definitely will choose to stay in this property on my next visit to São José do Rio Preto and strongly recommend for anyone that are very particular when comes to a great deal for your buck and looking for comfort away from home.

This property is finishing a long 4 month renovation and they are working out the bugs so to speak, me and and my wife just completed a weekend stay and the phone system in the rooms did not work which meant you had to go all the way to reception to make a request. This is a good hotel on it’s way to being a great hotel.

Este é um bom hotel quando eles terminam o projeto de construção que estão fazendo nos últimos quatro meses. Eu teria cuidado ao dirigir em sua área de estacionamento, você pode receber um objeto em seu pneu como eu fiz. A comida é boa e os funcionários são prestativos.

Quarto ok com chuveiro muito bom. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, mas o restaurante é um pouco "enrolado" para servir os clientes no jantar. Saímos cedo e não experimentamos o café da manhã. Piscina, academia e sauna excelentes. Localização excelente.

O manobrista foi muito educado e paciente comigo. Colocaram num quarto excelente, muito silencioso e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom também

Hotel totalmente reformado. Instalações novas…muito bom

No café da manhã, a unica observação fica para o cafe coado, que não tem um sabor muito bom, o restante é impecável.
