Wonderful hotel, close to the centre. Clean room/good breakfast & amazing food in the restaurant in the evening.

Nice hotel in a renovated Villa. They didn‘t charge for my motorbike parking. Breakfast for a business travel starting at 8am is a bit late. In summary a very nice hotel close to the famous Kollonaden of Marienbad.

Room was at an attics without a lift. Wifi signal was terribly weak. Excellent restaurant though.

The room provided was not fit for people to sleep in. When we entered the room the temperature was over 40c when the outside was only 28c. The hotel provided three air conditioning machines in the room non of which worked and provided cool enough air. Upon speaking with the hotel management around 8pm we were offered a refund to go and stay somewhere else but as we were only in Marianske Lazne for 1 night and most other hotels were fully booked this was not really an option for us. Very little sleep was achieved with a lot of sweating. This hotel also fails to achieve international standards with no shower only a bath and a shower hose but you have to hold it yourself. The hotel also did not provide shampoo and for the price paid this is very poor.

There was nobody at the reception after 8 p.m. They claim this is stated on their website but we did not check as we were never in a hotel where there was not someone 24h at reception. Restaurant was also closed and by chance we found a person who could give us a key. There is no lobby and nobody who could help with the luggage. Also no elevator and quite a long walk from the car to the room. Room was ok, breakfast ok.

I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. Centrally positioned for all the places of interest in Marienske Lazne. The staff were helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble be it providing an iron to looking up train times. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet and the restaurant offered good food with an excellent wine list. A place to enjoy a wonderfully restful stay. A hotel where you would be happy to make a return visit.

Restaurant serves wonderful meals for dinner. Breakfast is great, coffee hot and strong. Cannot say enough great things about the Villa Patriot. We will stay there on our next visit to Marianske Lazne.

The Villa Patriot is a newly renovated boutique hotel, well situated in Marianske Lazne - Within easy walking distance of the colonnade and major spas, but also in a quitter area of the town off the main drag, which we really liked. The restaurant certainly lives up to the hotels billing of being gourmet and we ate there on both nights of our stay. The food was excellent. I think where the hotel could improve is around breakfast. The food itself was great, but breakfast is only available from 8-10 which means that there is a glut of guests coming down just before 10. This leads to a fair amount of chaos in the dining room which could be avoided if the breakfast hours were just extended to 11. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

great hotel, from the moment we stepped in, personal, quick and kind hospitality. the hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the springs. the rooms are very comfortable and clean, service is kind and welcoming, breakfast was delicious. Free parking and Wifi connection is good.

Great central location to all the major attractions...everything within easy walking distance. The food was fantastic, guess there is a reason they call it "Gourmet".

Diese Unterkunft in Marienbad war für uns perfekt, schön und zentral gelegen, sauber und freundlich. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war zwar hell, aber ohne Aussicht, etwas warm, aber dagegen gab es ja die Klimanlage. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Eine sehr alte Villa sehr exklusiv restauriert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft sehr freundliche Auskunft über den Ort bekommen. Frühstück super, Preis -Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut Leider nicht für gehbehinderte geignet, steile Auffahrt, kein Aufzug Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
