Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again.

Clean and nice hotell with very friendly staff, but the breakfast buffet could've been much better.

Staff excellent, helpful. Surrounding area is one of the best in Europe. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, family room layout was great for a family of four with collapsible bunk beds which could be pulled down from the wall.

Best suited for large groups Good buffet breakfast Wifi signal hopeless And available only in bar lounge area but even here signal often lost.

Just one night but the room was clean and comfortable although the broken mirror was fixed with gaffer tape so would not have been good if we had children with us. Also the hotel is on the far edge of the town so not ideal if you dont fancy walking in the snow, even though it's only 10mins from the centre. Staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast decent too. Would stay again if looking for a cheap option.

시설도 낡았고, 침구와 수건에서 시큼한 냄새가 나서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 관리가 덜 되어있는 느낌이라 아쉽습니다

깨끗하고 친절하고 다 좋았습니다. 물론 조식도 맛있었구요. 그로스글로크너로 가기 위해 묵었었는데, 첼암제와도 거리가 가깝고 주차장도 넉넉해서 편리했습니다.

Einfach, aber sauber und alles vorhanden sogar eine Kaprun-Karte!!!👍👍👍

Nem og hurtig check-in. Havde booket et etmands værelse men fik et med 2 senge og 2 køjer, så masser af plads. God morgenmad med masser af valgmuligheder. Fik også udleveret et turistkort som gav en del rabatter og virkede også hele dagen efter check-ud. Super godt.

War bereits zum 4. Mal Gast im Hotel und wieder alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Buona posizione, reception gentile. Parcheggio comodo e gratis. Costa il doppio di quanto vale. In parte ti rifai con la summer card, risparmi sulle attrazioni. Cosa non saputa durante la prenotazione ma solo durante il check-in. Colazione veramente scarsa, frutta marcia, poca scelta.

Sehr zentral, top Lage Konnten noch kurzfristig buchen, Frühstücks Buffet sehr lecker, alles da was man braucht auch Lactose freie Produkte. Waren schon in mehreren Jufa Hotels, und auch dieses war wie erwartet super. Kommen nächstes Jahr zum Großglocknerultratrail wieder

Personal superfreundlich! Bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich, dass Halbpension inkludiert ist! Frühstück lecker und große Auswahl! Badezimmer war nicht zu 100% sauber! Lange Haare von Vorgänger am Boden.

Ottimo hotel, situato vicino al centro del paese, ed a 5' dalle stazioni di risalita per lo sci! Tutti i confort, ampie camere, wi-fi accessibile in ogni luogo, colazione a buffet ottima!
