The staff was friendly and nice. The bathroom was very smelly. I was offered a new room however i refuse because i was leaving the next day.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful for finding anything local and setting up anything you need like a shuttle.

the place is dirty in general, AC would not work. I would not recommend staying here.

In the past years it used to be a nice property but nowadays the hotel seems outdated, the furniture looks muddy and it smells bad. The breakfast was very limited and the food wasnt tasty at all. I would seriously consider another stay there!

This hotel could be a great one only if the hotel general manager and stuff follow their own rules ! Like they allowed smoking on the restricted areas and they have racial preferences with riches, I complained to the manager and general manager Juan Carlos and they missed treated me and make feel very uncomfortable, unsupported by the management, if you are not executive, you are not allowed on 5 floor , they do not respect their own rules , anyone smoke anywhere ,Mr Juan Carlos told me that I wasn’t paying enough $$$ to be on the 5 floor! They have no restrictions on their policies or brochures, they advertised food they don’t served,the whole place needs updated, the smoking floors filtered with the non smoking floors, laundry needs update, they advertised and they advertised and promise 100 percent sastifaction guaranteed but is false promise and advertising, misleading to customers

Good hotel, nice breakfast, comfortable room, large basketball court and small but nice pool. The only downside was our room had just a fixed window.

We liked the room because there are 3 beds. Front desk staff are all very nice except 1 lady.

Great stay only complaint awful high charge for 2 dogs, 900 pesos which is about double everywhere else. Hotel was clean and comy loved the beds. Great shower nice pool we were recharged the next day to continue our road trip.
