El hotel, las habitaciones y en general todo estuvo muy bien. Lo que tienen que mejorar, respecto a la atención es que cuando se les saluda al llegar en recepción.. respondan con respecto!

Great room with beach view and ocean just 50 m away. Great staff and amenities. One minus for construction fence blocking the access to ocean beach.

El staff muy bueno!! Me gustaria que haya te y cafe en la habitación, falta limpieza de la piscina hay plumas de palomas, y falta un hidromasaje.

The location is good, it is clean and it is very convenient because the beach is in front of the hotel! But it doesn’t matter because the staff is terrible, they are rude, they give you support as they are making you a favor! If you are looking for a relaxing time I don't recommend it!

The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine except for the limited choice of cereals. The gym is a bit small but fine. I could not test the Sauna but it's probably ok (door was closed). The pool is fine. However there should be a ring to advise personnel about exiting or coming from the beach. I was obliged to go all the way around the building coming from the beach.

Nice hotel on the beach. Beautiful views of the city and beach. Staff was helpful and friendly.

All was fine until there was a cockroach over the white bread at breakfast, and they have problems with the elevators too, the staff is very friendly and helpful though.

My experience was ok, it's apart from downtown, you must use uber to get places, great because is right infront of the ocean

Considering the area, It is probably one of the better hotels in Arica

I have only returned to the hotel due to the vicinity to a running space and restaurants. The hotel newer provided any quality service, very few employees on their staff list can be recommended. Huge failure in a growing market in such a desperate need for basic quality service and rooms. My return to Arica Hotel is without saying.

We had a great last minute stay in Arica and enjoyed our time at the Diego hotel. The views from our room were spectacular. Our only criticism was that the hotel isn't walking distance from downtown, but that gave it more of a beach vacation feel.

Room was comfortable. Staff friendly. Get to breakfast early before Items run out.

Great service from the staff. Location is right on the beach with nice outdoor pool and relaxing common area. Restaurant was fine for hotel based setting. There is not too much immediately near the hotel but the town center is a 2000CLP taxi ride away. This place really needs new carpets though. We had traveled across 3 countries in 10+ hotels/hostels and this was the only place I felt uncomfortable stepping on our room floor without shoes or putting our bags down. The hotel needs to invest in them soon to improve their image.

it is a good hotel. There aren't that many hotels in Arica. Good internet, ok Breakfast and very very very simple gym. You can run by the ocean. At a 10 minutes walk you can dine in the best restaurant of Arica - Raju Hotel could be us$ 70-Us$ 80 and not us$ 100, but....
