Nice location and courteous staff.

Perfect location just up from town center. Amazing comfort and quality all around. Awesome front desk staff

The receptionist was extremely helpful as we checked in. She made recommendations for dinner and breakfast that were amazing. She took the time to show us the map and give suggestions of things to do.

Excellent hotel located a short walk to Kilkenny castle and the medieval mile. We are vegetarian and they provided vegan breakfast sausages when we contacted them in advance to request them - much appreciated!

The Pembroke was excellent. My wife and I have now stayed there a few times and each time has been a great experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night at the Pembroke. We would not have stayed longer, nor would we return. We were placed in a handicapped accessible room with a basically unusable bathroom. The shower had no walls, and was instead surrounded by very moldy tiles. The walls in the room are paper thin and we could hear the neighbors all night. The bed was hard with scratchy sheets. The location was great and the staff was helpful and kind, however the room was shabby and not worth the money at all.

Great property and location. Room was average.

My husband and I are traveling to Ireland for our honeymoon. The hotel upgraded our room and notified is that the beverages in the minibar were complimentary. Our view was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was very good. We also had a very easy time parking our car in the back parking lot. If we return to Ireland, we will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing…from check-in to the room and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is lively and perfectly located to everything. Staff were also wonderful.

Spa-like atmosphere with great bed/linens and nice bathroom. Walkable to everything, and included breakfast was delicious, unexpectedly upscale, personally ordered and included many locally-sourced tastes and notes

Perfect property for Kilkenny! This hotel is super nice and easily walkable for the city. Parking is really easy and has a great restaurant attached it to!

Excellent hotel.

Great location, friendly staff. Room had a beautiful view of the castle. We ran out of toilet paper our 3rd night and we were surprised no one had cleaned our room when we came back after a long day. The gentleman at the front desk asked someone to clean our room (no one was available at the time). He ended up delivering the toilet paper himself (God bless him). The cleaners came after he left cleaned the bathroom but did not vacuum the floor after I had asked (we got crumbs on the carpet after eating a scone). It was the weekend and they were busy.
