Very relaxing stay again

Very nice hotel with big room. Just take tram to town for food and shops.

There was hair in the shower the property was dirty it also didn’t smell good

Very clean, polite staff and modern decor. Great value for money. Stayed in a family room - 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely pool that we could use until 10 pm

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Easy to walk to public transportation.

Great food in their resto. Staff were accomodating. Spa is nice and very convenient after a long day out in the cold walking about in Christmas markets and exploring the city.

Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds, pillows and linens are all good quality and in great condition. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about a 5 min walk and an easy 15 minute tram ride to the city center. The one downside is that there are no dining options nearby the hotel, other than the hotel itself. If I stay I Strasbourg again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Hotel Athéna was great. The room was clean and modern. The property is a little out of the way but the A and D tram line is less than a five minute walk. But the best part of my stay was the staff. They are the shining stars of this hotel. They were so kind and helpful no matter what I asked. They Helped me figure out what port my river cruise was leaving from. Found a currency exchange spot for me. Directed me to the pick up location for an excursion. They were so lovely! Thank you for making my stay with you so great!!!

Great hotel outside of the city centre. Large , modern rooms. Good breakfast. Outdoor and garage parking available. We booked massages at the hotel. They were excellent!

After taking walking tours for eight days, we were pretty tired and our feet were sore. Being able to sit back in the pool/spa was a welcome relief. The hotel included spa robes and slippers which greatly enhanced the experience. It was worth every penny to stay there!

Exceptional hotel. We loved the large room and our favourite part was the spa.

Easy to get to via tram. Clean. Breakfast was good, but expensive. A little dissapointed the Spa element of the hotel is only open after 3pm.

*Spa facility closed until 3pm each day. *Restaurant was closed entirely. None of this was mentioned before booking. *To eat dinner you needed to eat elsewhere but there was few options around. *Dried yellow crystalised urine all over the tiles around the toilet. *Not even a complimentary bottle of water left in the room. *TV in the lobby only showing a fashion channel. When asking to put a sports channel on I was told it is not possible.
