Great staff! Rooms were clean and fairly new. The spa was really relaxing. Uncovered free parking and paid covered parking. 5 minute walk to the tram station.

Really friendly and Helpful Reception Staff. Secure Bike Storage and great pool area. A little out of Strasbourg but regular cheap tram service gets you into the centre in 10 minutes

Excellent if busy swimming pool

We had a great stay. We really liked the breakfast which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were great. It's very close to the tram stop so getting into Strasbourg is easy

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Easy to walk to public transportation.

Great food in their resto. Staff were accomodating. Spa is nice and very convenient after a long day out in the cold walking about in Christmas markets and exploring the city.

Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds, pillows and linens are all good quality and in great condition. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about a 5 min walk and an easy 15 minute tram ride to the city center. The one downside is that there are no dining options nearby the hotel, other than the hotel itself. If I stay I Strasbourg again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
