The hot tub was broken

Had a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn in LaGrange. Staff is friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel are nice and clean, and the breakfast area beats most I’ve encountered. Fresh, clean, plenty of room. Overall, a great place to land during antiquing trips in the area!

I called early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in late. Upon arrival around 10pm, it took more than 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk to assist. My room was on the 2nd floor. As soon as I exited the elevator I could feel the heat, like they don’t air condition the hallways. There were multiple young adults/teens sitting in the stairwell and hallway. When I got to my room and started to get ready for bed I noticed the carpet felt moist and sticky. Once I pulled back the covers I found a dead bug in the sheets. Ended up going back down to the front desk in pajamas to ask for another room. The 2nd room was on the 3rd floor and had a terrible few/mold odor and the room just felt humid and wet. It never did get cooled off. I decided just to sleep there a few hours and then head home rather than going back downstairs to ask for another room. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Country property-extremely poor selection of accommodations

The electricity was off because of a storm when we arrived. The hotel offered to reimburse our $$ but we had no where else to stay. So we used our flashlights and went to our room. The electricity came on about midnight. The next day I asked if they could comp our night because of the power outage but the said is was beyond their control so couldn’t refund our money. It would have been nice to have received a refund. But otherwise the stay was fine.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in LaGrange, TX one night. Room was clean. Parts of the room have been renovated - parts showing some signs of aging. Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable. Did not have breakfast.

Lots of crickets running around our room. Window blind was filthy, as was the carpet. Best in La Grange, maybe, but not a great a hotel and wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was nice and clean. Spend the extra money and stay here.

Nice property

The outside needed landscape attention. Most importantly the water temperature changed drastically while taking a shower !!!! It would get cold and then change to too hot without touching the control !!! Hallways spelled a bit musky Breakfast was Good

They were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a problem with the room and they switched us immediately.

Cow farm next door is smelly at times

Stay was good. Service and food was good. There was a dead roach on the floor, so wasn’t impressed with the checking of room daily. Housekeeping had bug spray on their cart so there is an issue apparently. We will stay again when we visit.

Everything was fantastic

The hotel did not have our reservations! Expedia was great to help us. The kids there were clueless at the property! Their printer did not work!
