The rooms are very clean and neat. The service of the officers is very satisfying.

The staffs are not really friendly for us (travelling with kids). There are some moment that my kids running around and the staff scold them not politely, they’re just 4 and 2. You should be nicer as a staff. Room size is good for us (3ple bed). The location Is about 10-15min from Shinjuku station and a bit hard to find although using googlemap. Surely not going back to this hotel.

Convenient to go back to the airport with a limousine bus, but walking distance from Tawaramachi station is 600 meters.

The hotel is good, but the toilets are small and quite far from the JR train station

Service was bad and the staff does not helpful when I am going to check in and did not want to keep our luggage when we were going to check in, 3 day early check in, there is charge for keeping our luggage. The charge so special when there is extra charge while we were checking in there.
