This was my first time staying here everything was very good, the service was excellent, and breakfast was included I highly recommend it it’s very affordable and conveniently located For me, it’s the best place I’ve stayed in Cali.

The light in the room was out. The hairdryer was broken. I complained because the pillow smelled bad. It took more than 10 minutes for the hot water to come on in the bath every time. The instant coffee wasn't refilled until checked out. Desk was not wiped. I had terrible experience this time.

Por tercer ocasión el Hotel se niega a entregarme una factura por el pago directamente a ellos del impuesto pagado en el hotel. Por más que al momento de mi llegada me aseguraron recibir la factura al check out no fue posible y me ha pasado ya en otras visitas realizadas al hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch and bar is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Being at the mall is very convenient with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend.

This is our go to place for staycations. The rooms are starting to show their age, but are cool, comfortable and quiet. Proximity to the mall is a huge bonus even if it means a run to the pharmacy. While we received the expected kind and helpful welcome from the front desk staff, the restaurant/wait staff left a lot to be desired. Having a complete change of personnel does not excuse meals presented differently (lacking in ingredients) or even mistaken orders. Floor staff did not even have an apology or simple act of compensation. Thinking it was a one of, we ordered room service, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (they warn expected time is max 45 mins) and the food was not up to their usual standards (burnt in places). All this honestly put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

The main restaurant offer a terrible service. We order lunch with some steaks, and the plate took almost 45minutes ti arrive, and it came cold and not on the term requested for cooking.

I only stay one night but the experience was superb. Staff was always professional and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The mattress disaster old plus I make the reservation with breakfast included I got charge.

The gym was a little messy and dusty, also the breakfast specially omelet is too oily
