It was so nice to stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, it is close to the subway and Nanjing Road.

Happy to stay with family at this hotel. The staff is quite friendly, the hotel, of course the rooms, bathrooms and toilets are also very clean -- and quite spacious. One of the things that made me choose this hotel was because there were rooms with 2 double beds. The breakfast is quite delicious, although the variety is still lacking. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not remind (ask) me about my Marriott Bonvoy membership. Not like at the Marriott Beijing Central, Dongcheng, when we stayed there. The hotel is also very close to Shanghai's most famous shopping and dining center, Nanjing Road. Walk only about 10 minutes.

Unsafe hotel, 1 pouch of bank token was lost, even though it was always locked in the suitcase. Becareful travellers.

I went there on my son’s birthday. I requested a small cake in the room to surprise him. The hotel confirmed that they would prepare birthday amenities for my son. Then I reminded the hotel again before departing to Shanghai. And ended up there was nothing in my room...

Awesome hotel and stay there for a week family vacation. Very helpful staffs right from airport pick up to room housekeeping. Good job! And especially mr kim of concierge supervisor has assist us through out our entire week there. Looking forward to stay there again and will choose marriot hotel as my top choice of vacation hotel.
