Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Very unique feel. Excellent staff. Very strongly recommend. 2 minute walk from station and I minute walk along a lake into Schwerin Altstadt

Location of the hotel was great...just a few minutes from both the main train station and the city center. The hotel is located across the street from a beautiful lake. Check-in was easy and the room was nice with a beautiful bathroom. The two negatives were slow Wifi and check-out was really stressful. I had prepaid the reservation on hotels.com and it took forever for them to finally verify this. Then they tried to charge me 15 euros for a breakfast I didn't eat. Really nice hotel but they have to fix the checkout procedures.

This is a delightful boutique hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is on the edge of one of the city's most beautiful lakes, and within very easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel itself is decorated with taste and sensitivity, and as comfortable as one could ask. No issues at all.

This was a great hotel. It has a small town feel while being large enough to have all the amenities you would want. The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff spoke English even though I don’t think this town gets a lot of English speaking visitors. The hotel was walking distance from the small Christmas market and to Schwerin palace.

Room and whole property is very beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed for our 15 year old granddaughter. Nicely located next to lake and close to town center.

No aircon and with windows open there is lots of road noise, but not all night. The bed was a little on the lumpy side but overall the bedroom and bathroom were acceptable. Food good and polite staff

On a peaceful road on the lake but easy walking distance to town. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both very nice.

The room/hotel was clean and in a perfect location, close to both the train station and Schwerin Castle. While it doesn't have AC, my room didn't need it during my stay in late May. The windows open and provide a cool breeze from the waterfront.
