It was great

Was beautiful and great atmosphere

Only issue was Air Conditioner on roof was malfunctioning (not broken, but, noisy)…this was fixed within a couple of days of being here

The best place to stay at in Riviera Maya. If you stay at a Bahia principe resort, you automatically get access to their other 3 resorts, enjoying more dining and entertainment options than you would at any other resort; and still under the “all inclusive” category. The staff puts a lot of attention to details. For example: I was surprised that because my husband bought some medicine for the stomach at their pharmacy, the staff followed up with us to make sure he was ok, they set up a “bland diet” for him through our stay, in case he wanted to use it; it was truly exceptional service. We will definitely keep coming here in the future.

Our romantic dinner was fantastic. The service we got from Francisco and Stephanie was top notch. They made the evening wonderful and we are so grateful for them

Reception lobby area was beautiful, and staff everywhere were very attentive, helpful and nice. I was driving and I thought property directions were challenging. In addition, I somewhat lucked into a decent parking area that I was able to repeat all three days, but this was not easy due to minimal signage.

One of the worst resorts I have stayed in. The way they treat their guests is beyond bad. No leadership to complain to and refused to share their GM info.

The property was much better than what I thought, food was excellent

This hotel is smaller than the other in the group hotels, so not so crowded as the others. Being adult only option is great, as the other sites had a lot of families with small children!! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the service is excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel does have a problem with the drains, as the toilet blocked several times, even though the policy is not to put toilet paper down the toilet, I guess some people ignore this!

All services were readily available and delivered with a smile. Everything was easy and relaxing
