Clean room. Helpful staff. A lot of road noise in rooms at the front but peaceful with lovely views for rooms at the back of the hotel. Good buffet breakfast with gluten free options on request.

Liked everything from location to breakfasts. Room clean and tidy, staff helpful.

Came for our wedding anniversary. Went to brownsea island for the island and ended up getting abit behind. Called and they were very helpful in changing our dinner booking. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely with incredible views. Shower was the most powerful I've ever. Food was great quality aand both food and drink were very reasonably priced. But the views of the river,the option to use the island in the middle of the river and the variety of wildlife were just incredible. Will definitely look to visit again soon

The star attraction was the deck Overlooking the river, bird life cool breezes lovely place to eat.

Lovely location in Ferndown with outlook over the countryside and the river. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff.

Superb breakfast and dinner previous evening.Room was spotless. Parking was secure, a plus point. In all, a short and very pleasant stay.Would definitely recommend a stay at The Bridge House Hotel.

Hotel and staff are lovely very helpful breakfast a good selection . But one big problem is parking for the disabled drivers to the front of the hotel is the spaces are not wide enough so other cars park really close causing difficultly getting into back into your car .

The room met our needs. The breakfast was good but having the breakfast items under lights doesn’t keep them sufficiently hot.

Friendly welcome, clean room

The room was clean, the bed was clean as well as comfortable. It was on the ground floor which is ideal if you cannot do the flight of stairs. It was very quiet.
